ESGI offers Re-Sharpening of Shaving
Cutters of any make from 1.5 Module to
10 Module with standard or modified involute with
tip relief, Profile crowning and Lead crowning.
Coating
To increase the life of the tools various types
of PVD coatings are available. We offer tools
with tin or any other special coating on customers
requirement.
Commonisation
To minimize the cost of inventory, we also provide
commonisation of HOBS for cutting various gears
of same module & pressure angle within specified
tolerances.
