Inspection of the tool at every stage ensures correct tool at the final stage. Tools are inspected w.r.t. international specification of DIN, BS & JIS and are supplied with test certificates.











Heat Treatment



With state of the art heat treatment equipment and latest temperature measurement instruments and backed by years of experience, ESGI has been able to impart best cutting efficiency to its tools for all grades of tool steels. Tools are regularly checked for its hardness, micro-structure, grain size and carbide distributions.









Designing



The usage of modern computer aided designing provides fast , accurate simulation of all the tools produced .The tooth profiles of Hobs, Shaper cutters & Shaving Cutters are designed and then checked for reverse generation of complex gear or spline profiles prior to start the processing.
